My name is Michael Flores, Body transformation & Fitness Guidance Coach. I have been in the industry now for +5 years working with many clients all over Sydney Aus, all in different places in life. We all share an interest in self investment to become better through our training and fitness journey. My goal as your coach is to not only guide and push you to become the better version of yourself, but also to create better, sustainable habits and routines for better living to ensure constant progression both physically and mentally in our own lives.

Every workout, every session with a purpose!
Tell me your physique goals, level of fitness and experience and leave the rest to me.I will design your programme that caters already to your current lifestyle, Making minor changes to major results. Taking flexibility and your other lifestyle commitments in consideration, so that you’re able to reach your fitness goals without it seeming like a chore or a sacrifice to other areas.
With clear instructions on each exercise, I will tell you exactly how to conduct each movement as well as the reps and sets associated.

NUTRITION PLANS
Eating and training go hand in hand with each other.
As a member, you’ll be guided and taught how nutrition works and of course be given nutrition plans tailored to your specific needs and favourite foods. Each plan is unique to your needs and goals.
Recipes and shopping list are all included in the Mobile App, making it super convenient for those shopping trips!
Your meal plan will update every few weeks or so depending on your progress to ensure you are receiving the correct macronutrients as you progress throughout your fitness
